Guides exist to answer a specific search and to send you to a tool that does the job. Each article opens with a direct 2–3 sentence answer, uses a Key takeaway under every major heading, and ends with 6–8 questions people actually ask. Lookup questions stay tight. Meal-planning workflows get more room. Length follows the question, not padding.
Sources
Formula pages cite the equation or position stand they use. We do not invent sample sizes, percentages, or “a study found.” If a claim needs a citation and we do not have one, we cut the claim.
Voice
Practical, non-judgmental, no chatbot filler. No fake first-person training logs. No supplement pitches.
Review
Content is product-edited. It is not currently reviewed by a dietitian or physician. The content model can attach an author, reviewer, credentials, and review date later without pretending those people exist now.
Advertising
Ads, including Google AdSense, do not write tools or guides and do not change a formula or a food match. Sponsored placement is labeled if we ever accept it. We do not take supplement affiliate commissions. See the privacy policy for ad cookies.
Corrections
Email us if a formula, food match, or sentence is wrong. We would rather fix a page than defend a round number.
