Protealpes is a free educational website at protealpes.net. It is a set of nutrition calculators and AI meal tools. It is not a calorie-tracking app, not a clinic, and not a supplement store.

Protealpes is an educational nutrition workbench. We do not have clinicians on staff and do not provide medical advice.

What we publish

The product exists because search still dumps people onto pages that hide the tool, or that let a language model invent calories. We keep the tool at the top, show the formula, and match foods to a table when we can. Guides answer a specific question and point back to a tool.

There are no registered dietitians on staff. If we add expert review later, author and reviewer fields already exist in the content model. Until then we will not pretend. Read how we calculate and the editorial policy.

Advertising

We may display Google AdSense ads so the tools can stay free. Ads are labeled by the ad network. They do not change a formula, a food match, or a guide. An ad is not a Protealpes recommendation. Cookie and opt-out details are in the privacy policy and cookie policy.
